Overview

Viva.com provides two reporting experiences within the merchant account, allowing businesses to access and manage their transactional data based on their needs.

The classic reporting interface includes the existing set of reports that users are already familiar with, offering standard financial and transactional exports.

The new reporting interface introduces enhanced capabilities, including improved usability and more flexible report management features such as on-demand generation, scheduling, and bookmarking.

Please note that the new reporting experience is being gradually rolled out. If you do not yet see the new reports in your dashboard, they will become available soon—stay tuned for updates.

Report Types

Classic Reports

The legacy reports provide access to standard reporting options such as:

• Sales Clearance  
• Monthly Financial Statements  
• Business Card Extraits  
• Monthly Account Statements  
• Card Expenses  
• MT940 exports  

These reports are accessible through the existing reporting section and support common export formats such as PDF, XLS, and TXT.

New Reports

The new reports interface is designed to offer greater flexibility and control over your data.

Key capabilities include:

• Generating reports on demand with custom date ranges
• Viewing previously generated reports
• Scheduling recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Receiving automated notifications
• Bookmarking frequently used reports for quick access

Reports are generated in Excel format and cover various data sets such as acquiring transactions, wallet activity, bank transfers, and more.
