Payment tools allow anyone to quickly and easily accept payments without the need for a store, website or integration process.
Who can utilise payment tools?
Viva’s payment tools can help you accept payments online if you:
- 🏪 Do not have an online store, and have only a physical store
- 💼 Do not have a store at all, and are self-employed or work as a freelancer
- 🤝 Are a charity institution, or a non-profit organisation
Payment tools options
Viva provides the below payment tools for accepting payments online from your customers, accepting a multitude of payment methods:
Quick Pay
Quick Pay allows you to accept payments via a permanent, shareable link.
- Create a unique permanent payment link with your brand name:
pay.vivawallet.com/YourCompany - Share your payment link everywhere, from social media to emails, SMS, messages, chatbots and more
- Your customers follow the link, specify the amount they want to pay you, and proceed to make the payment
- Accept multiple payments from multiple customers using the same payment link
- Your customers specify the amount to pay you (customers can also specify the description of what he is paying you for)
- Take advantage of our Smart Checkout solution, along with all the features and all payment methods it offers (except for PayPal)
- Customers can pay in card installments (available only in Greece)
Payment notifications
Payment notifications allow you to send individual payment requests to your customers’ email addresses.
- Create a payment notification for a particular customer, indicating the specific amount to be paid, along with a relevant description
- Send the payment notification to your customer’s email with a click of a button
- Your customer receives an email, follows the link, pays the amount, and you get notified
- You specify the amount and corresponding description for the customer to pay
- Take advantage of our Smart Checkout solution, along with all the features and all payment methods it offers
- Supports recurring payments
- Customers can pay in card installments (available only in Greece)
Subscriptions
Subscriptions allow you to create recurring payments for goods and services via a single time provision of payment details.
Virtual Terminal
Virtual Terminal is a virtual POS system within your Viva business account.
- Fill in your customer’s card details
- Select the charge button
- Accept the payment
Virtual Terminal is available only with certain account types. Please contact us to find out whether your business is eligible
