ISV credentials

Specifically used by ISV Partners to authenticate with OAuth 2.0

Overview

These ISV credentials consist of a Client ID & Client secret, and are used for the majority of ISV-related API calls.

Some calls require a different authentication structure, consisting of the ISV Partner's **Reseller ID** + the **Merchant ID** + the ISV Partner's **Reseller API Key**.

The **Reseller ID** and **Reseller API Key** are *not* the same as the **Client ID** & **Client secret** listed on this page, and can only be generated by Viva.

Find your ISV credentials

  1. Log into Viva (either demo or live ) and select the relevant ISV (purple) account

  2. Navigate to Settings > API Access in the left navigation menu:
  3. You can find or generate your ISV credentials in the ISV Credentials section, as shown below:

  4. If needed, you can copy and paste these credentials to a temporary and secure location until you need them ISV Credentials Access 3
