Conecs Meal Vouchers
Information on the Conecs Meal Vouchers payment method.
Introduction
CONECS is a technical operator in France that performs acquiring and routing for Meal Voucher cards issued by the following issuers:
- Natixis Intertitres
- Groupe UP Chèque Déjeuner
- Sodexo Pass
- Edenred France
Conecs Meal Voucher cards are either dual-badged (Conecs-Visa, Conecs-MasterCard or Conecs-Cartes Bancaires) or mono-badged only (Conecs). In any case, Viva processes all transactions via Conecs.
All Conecs cards have a daily transaction limit of 25€.

- Payment method type: Synchronous - payments are confirmed immediately
- Refunds: Not yet supported
- Recurring payments: Not yet supported
- Pre-authorizations: Not yet supported
- Applicable MCC: 5411, 5422, 5441, 5451, 5462, 5499, 5811, 5812, 5813, 5814, 5921, 7011, 7012.
- Merchant countries: Available for merchants in France only.
- Customer countries: Available for customer in France only
- Settlement: The merchants are settled directly from the Meal Vouchers Issuers and not from Viva. Viva applies a switching fee of 0.15€
- Cross-currency payments: Not yet supported
How to activate Conecs Meal Vouchers
To request the enablement of “Conecs” the merchant should speak to his Viva sales representative. Before enabling “Conecs” the merchant should fulfill these prerequisites:
- Must have a valid SIRET (Système d’identification du répertoire des établissements) and Postal Code
- Must get a license from the CNTR (Commission Nationale des Titres-Restaurant)
- Must have a contract with each of the Meal Voucher Issuers he wishes to support.
